Balmoral Investments is an investment firm focused on small to medium size business acquisitions. Our preference is companies that have been in existence for 20 or more years. These opportunities deliver superior earnings, cash flow generation, and dividend growth over the long- term. Balmoral’s long-term and entrepreneurial investment approach sets us apart from other market players who have a short-term exit horizon with high yield expectations. We forge strategic alliances on a partnership basis and always seek to add value where possible.

Founders' Statement

Our premise is simple: to grow at a rapidly increasing rate while building a great company. We plan to achieve this growth by acquiring companies in Industrial, Energy, Health Care, Manufacturing, IT, and Agriculture. For these companies, there is potential for major improvements via cost cutting, leveraging employee advancement through technical innovation & sales performance, creating higher negotiating powers for new contracts, and blending synergistic acquisitions.

Although there are existing private equity players looking to acquire these businesses for consolidation, there are abundant opportunities to build real value internally, outside of the private equity transactions that have taken over the market. We are always focused on assembling the right team for every opportunity and helping them do their best, growing and scaling our partners, and using the best equipment and technology.
